Our policy for returns is valid for 30 days.
1. Order cancellation: Supports canceling orders before shipment. The refund will be returned to your payment account, and the specific time for receiving the refund will be based on the time limit of your payment method provider. If you have not received the refund, you can contact us and we will reply to you within 3-5 working days.
2. Refund return: 30 day return is supported. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. In order to qualify for a return, your product must be unused and in the same state as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging, otherwise returns are not supported, and the shipping cost for returns is borne by you. A 10% handling fee will be charged for refund. The refund processing usually will be done within 5 working days. Please contact us if you don't receive the refund within 5 working days.
3. Exchange: Supports 30 day exchange. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot provide you with an exchange. In order to qualify for a replacement, your product must be unused and in the same state as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging, otherwise exchange is not supported, and the shipping cost for the exchange is borne by you, including the shipping cost for your return and the shipping cost for our second shipment. 4. If your order has already been shipped and the goods are already in transit, you cannot cancel the order. If you forcibly cancel the order or refuse to sign the express package, unless you voluntarily bear the shipping and return shipping costs, it will result in the inability to refund you.
5. If you purchase a customized product, you will not be able to enjoy return and exchange services.
